If you’re looking for the giveaway and link-up parties for our Sew-a-bration of Womanhood you can find them here.
Up today is Stephanie from Swoodson Says with our first non-clothing item of the series! But first we gave all of the contributors a general questionnaire and here are a few of Stephanie’s responses:
Age: 26
Body Type: Lumpy hourglass, slumped over my sewing machine
Sewing Advice: If I could give advice to someone thinking about sewing for themselves, I would say just START. This applies to sewing, in general, but once you start the easier it gets! Taking time for yourself is important; the solitary nature of sewing clears my head and I love answering the question “where did you get that!” with “I made it for myself!”. So seriously, just start.
I love it already Stephanie! I always need a seam ripper so I can’t wait to see how it’s hidden in there. Everyone can see the full post here.
